PRIVACY AND DATA
Understand the data boundary before using intelligent features
This is a readable summary of the Nameo Privacy Policy, not a replacement for the legal text. Nameo processes relevant data only when a user uses a feature, grants permission, or submits content. Some features use on-device capabilities and others require cloud services through the Nameo backend.
What data can be processed?
Account, subscription, device, and necessary log data support sign-in, entitlements, synchronization, security, and troubleshooting. Text, images, audio, files, links, meetings, cards, and actions are processed when the user submits or enables the related feature.
How are permissions used?
Microphone access supports voice and meetings; camera, photos, and files support capture and import; notifications support progress and reminders; device and network state support collaboration, synchronization, backup, and availability checks. Permissions can be disabled in system settings.
When can third parties process data?
Cloud AI, online speech, OCR, document parsing, voiceprint, and content-safety features may send the minimum question, excerpt, text, audio, image, file, or context needed to the relevant provider through the Nameo backend.
What does the current policy explicitly exclude?
Nameo does not actively sell personal information. Product analytics do not actively collect knowledge bodies, audio, images, phone numbers, payment credentials, backup keys, or third-party service keys. This does not mean every intelligent feature runs only on the device.
How can users manage, delete, or request a copy?
Users can manage or delete some profile, knowledge, chat, meeting, action, voiceprint, backup, and synchronization data in the app. Access, correction, deletion, copy, withdrawal, or account-closure requests can be sent to contact@lhiai.com after identity verification. The website does not promise a full knowledge-base export or a fixed export format.
