Use in-app import, the system share sheet, or Open with Nameo to add a document.

Before you start
- The file is accessible on the device
- Its format and size meet the import-screen limits
Steps
- Choose an import path
Select a file in Nameo, or use Share / Open with Nameo in the file manager.
- Wait for parsing
Keep the network and app stable; large files may take longer.
- Review and save
Confirm the parsed content, title, and organization details.
Expected result
The document appears in Knowledge and is available for search and questions.
Troubleshooting
- Cannot select: make sure another app is not locking the file.
- Parsing failed: check the current supported formats and size limits.
